Machine Features：

 Cast iron Y beam and XY axis adopt Panasonic servo drive to better ensure the accuracy and stability of the machine.

· The track width of the conveyor system can be automatically adjusted according to program settings.

· The transport motor uses a dual closed-loop stepper motor to work synchronously, the board automatically centering according to the board length setting, without mechanical blocking to reduce impact.

· PCB transmission uses synchronous belt, which can easily handle 5 kg heavy boards.

· Main camera is equipped with a 12M camera with a resolution of 12um (optional 15um / 7um).

·XY axis is designed with anti-oil throwing mechanism and convenient oiling and lubrication mechanism.

· Standard one-click calibration coordinate system and real-time thermal compensation make the machine highly consistent. The same program can achieve exactly the same inspection effect on each machine.

· Camera standard with barcode recognition function.

· Standard SMEMA interface.

· The built-in AI-driven intelligent programming system allows operators with zero programming knowledge to quickly change models and program, easily adjust and set parameters according to the production progress, efficiently matching the rhythm of production line.
